Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the lodge was quite an experience. The beautiful scenic views were a real treat, and the staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. However, while the activities available were numerous and enjoyable, I found the quality of food lacking, which was disappointing. The rooms were cozy but could use some improvements, particularly regarding cleanliness and upkeep.
My family had a wonderful stay at Garnet Hill Lodge during our trip to the Adirondacks. We found it to be a charming lodge with plenty of family-friendly activities and an inviting atmosphere. The breakfast options were excellent, and we appreciated the beautiful setting for our hikes. However, while we enjoyed our time, the dining options beyond breakfast could be expanded, and our room was on the smaller side for our family of four.
My visit to Garnet Hill Lodge was a mixed bag. While the outdoor trails and activities were fantastic and well-maintained, offering a true escape into nature, the overall dining experience, particularly during breakfast, left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, affecting service despite their friendly demeanor. Overall, I enjoyed the natural surroundings but feel there’s room for improvement in managing guest expectations and dining operations.
I had a great time at the lodge! The staff truly made me feel at home with their warmth and attentiveness. The location is perfect for enjoying the beautiful outdoors, but there were some hiccups with the dining service that caught me off guard. Overall, a wonderful experience with the natural beauty around, though I think the dining could be better organized.
My stay at Garnet Hill Lodge was fantastic, offering a cozy atmosphere and a variety of activities for the family. The outdoor trails were well-maintained and scenic, perfect for skiing and snowshoeing. The rooms were comfortable, though a bit snug for a family of four. While the dining options had their ups and downs, the breakfast spread was fantastic. A few service hiccups during dinner were noted, but overall, the experience was enjoyable and I would definitely consider returning.
